"We had a great experience with JT, Tanner and the rest of the team at Agean's Hilliard store. We purchased both a hot tub and a swim spa. We made multiple visits to the store for information and a swim test. They were patient and answered all of our questions every time. We were making our final decision and out of town for a week, and they even made extra effort to lock in pricing for us knowing we were out of town. We had problems later in the process that had nothing to do with this location, but JT was our go-to and he always did what he could to make it right, find solutions, get answers, and even swap out parts when one delivered to us was broken. Good team of people who do not believe in a pressured sales approach."
